Performance Copying and Printing truly exceeded our expectations. Our real estate team needed a custom magazine completed on an extremely tight deadline for a very important $9.2 million closing, and their team came through for us when no one else could.
Lizeth went above and beyond to help our team coordinate everything, and the entire staff made sure the project was completed in time. The finished magazine was absolutely beautiful. The quality was exceptional, polished and perfectly suited for such an important occasion.

I am honestly lost for words. A five star review does not even come close to expressing how incredible my experience was with Performance Copying and Printing.
We are a Venice based luxury real estate team, and I had ordered a custom magazine from another online printing company for an extremely important $9.2 million closing. The magazine finally arrived at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, and it was completely botched. It looked absolutely horrible, our closing was first thing Monday morning and I knew businesses would be closed over the weekend.
I immediately started calling printing companies throughout the area. Most could not complete it in time, were closing early or wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Somehow, by the grace of God, I reached Performance Copying and Printing and spoke with Lizeth.
Lizeth completely saved the day. She was patient, calm, kind and incredibly helpful. She listened to everything I needed and even stayed a little after closing on Friday evening to help me sort through the mess another company had left me with. She absolutely did not have to do that, but she genuinely cared and made sure everything was handled correctly. That level of dedication and customer service is almost impossible to find anymore.
She worked with me to ensure the magazine was completed and ready by Monday morning. This was not an ordinary closing. It was the highest residential sale in Englewood, Florida’s history, and presenting this magazine to our sellers meant so much to our team.
When I saw the finished magazine, I was blown away. The quality was absolutely spectacular. It looked polished, luxurious and exactly how I had originally envisioned it. Lizeth’s customer service was truly top tier. I honestly wish I could kiss her on the forehead because that is how grateful I am for everything she did.
I also want to personally thank the owner, Gil and the rest of the team for making this happen. Every single person treated me like a person, not just another order or an opportunity to make money. They genuinely cared about producing quality work, and they delivered a phenomenal finished product under an incredibly tight deadline.
They offer reasonable prices, complete so much of their work in house and provide the kind of personal customer service that is nearly impossible to find anymore. I use many different printing companies for real estate marketing, but I have officially found the company I will be using moving forward.

While commenting I would like to add some comments about Brian Martinson who helped me make changes to my website. He truly knows his way around the Web. So pleased Dave recommended I try Brian. He is not only knowledgeable but easy to work with. Performance is putting together a great team.
Today (8.25.26) I worked with Brian Masterson on a website issue. Never have I worked with someone as kind, knowledgeable & professional. He knows his business and never gives up looking for a solution to website issues. I would recommend anyone with website troubles to contact Brian.

Lizeth was so kind and accommodating in helping me with a very tight deadline on some wedding invitations and enclosures (long story). I called her on Friday, she explained the process, I sent files over the weekend, and she had a proof for me on Monday. I picked up the full order on Tuesday and everything is beautiful. Lizeth and the other staff members are professional and know what they're doing. I look forward to working with Lizeth and the shop for other wedding items.

Performance did a great job on my baby shower invitations! They were very welcoming, as I just walked-in without an appointment. I met with Lizeth who was very nice and understood exactly what I wanted. She listened and gave a few suggestions, then quickly printed an example. It was wonderful to work directly with a person and not with an online shop!
